    Chemical clean

    Coatings on a dirty coil peel inside a year. We strip the surface with an alkaline cleaner and rinse before any spray touches metal.

    Marine urethane

    Two thin coats of Bronz-Glow TVS. The U.S. Navy’s Technical Report N-1560 found unprotected coastal HVAC systems lose up to 55% of their operating efficiency in 24 months — coated systems held their performance. Same chemistry used on offshore HVAC.
